* The above rates are exclusive of 10% Goods and Services Tax (GST).  Rates are inclusive of all payroll related expenses, including payroll tax, work cover and superannuation. 
 
 
* Rates are based on the rates of pay incorporating the standards within the www.chefjpc.com staff hire– Employee Collective
Agreement 2010.  Any annual increases as a result of the Australian Fair Pay Commission decision will be notified and passed on to clients. 
 
 
* A minimum charge of three (3) hours applies for all staff regardless of classification.
 
 
* A minimum cancellation charge of three (3) hours applies in cases where insufficient time has been given to www.chefjpc.com staff hire, to ensure that the employee does not attend the client’s place of business (when no longer required).  
 
 
* Cancellations cannot be accepted with less than 24hrs notice of the nominated start time of the shift and between 6pm and 9am 7 days a week.
