I have been working in the hospitality industry for 10 years and in that time I have always said it’s the little things that matter. At Campbell Hospitality Services I will not treat you like a number or a burden I want to be able to call you a friend and a member of the Campbell Hospitality Services family.
No matter where you go or who you are we all want the one common thing friendly exceptional service well at Campbell Hospitality Services I not only give that I live and believe in it. Nothing is never too hard or too complicated for me do for you.
As a first year apprentice it was always been drummed into me that no matter what "No food leaves our kitchen that I would not eat."
I am committed to using the finest ingredients in my recipes. This is why in every dish I make I put my heart and soul in to it all and will not be happy with or stand for second best in the quality or of service in food or customer relations.
In the hospitality industry I believe that you need to live and believe that it is a passion to serve not a chore. Taste how much I care in every mouth watering dish that I create for your special occasion.
To have an unforgettable night in fine cuisine it is like a first kiss you only have one chance with that client this is why I don't count the good functions I count the times that I have taken the breath away from my clients.
